Christmas Bird Count

The annual Christmas Bird Count will take place at Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve on Wednesday, December 14. This event is co-sponsored by the Snake River Audubon Society. The Christmas Bird Count is an international effort to count wintering birds in the western hemisphere. Craters of the Moon offers a unique winter time birding experience. Participants of all experience and skill levels are welcome.
