Hummingbird Survey
This study became the first formal research study on hummingbird species and demographics in Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). Park volunteers Fred and Tina Engelman surveyed hummingbird species and habitat, and collected a decade's worth of data about hummingbird population size, breeding areas, migration routes, survival and reproductive success. Statistical analyses for the final report are currently being done.
