Join National Geographic and the National Park Service at the Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center for the National Parks BioBlitz and Biodiversity Festival, May 20-21, 2016. Be a part of this nationwide celebration of the National Park Service’s Centennial, Kids to Park Day, and biodiversity in your national parks. Get involved! Join teams of scientists, students, teachers, families, and other volunteers as they take a live dive in a kelp forest and document plants and animals along the coast. Experience the Biodiversity Festival at Channel Islands National Park. Enjoy hands-on science exhibits, art, and family-friendly activities.
